Athena, the goddess of wisdom, crafts and war.Athena is a warrior goddess, often shown with a helmet and goatskin breast plate (the aegis). She normally is accompanied by the goddess of victory, Nike, and although she helped many heroes, such as Heracles and Odysseus, she never had a lover.
